Living more in the present moment we free ourselves of negative mindstates, manage stress better, relationships improve and life becomes more stable and satisfying. In these supportive group classes for those with little or no experience of meditation, learn:
- A gentle, clear, simple technique
- How to establish a regular practice
- The importance of posture and attitude
- How to overcome difficulties in meditation practice
- How to bring meditation into daily activities
Steve Brown is the meditation teacher. Steve has had over 16 years of meditation experience and brings a gentle and grounded approach to his teaching.
Classes are held for 6 weeks from 7pm – 9pm. Groups for 2010 are:

- Do you avoid people and places because it’s just too difficult to be around others?
- Do you use alcohol and drugs to cope?
- Are you depressed or lonely?
- Do these feelings affect your self esteem or limit your career?
If you answered ‘YES’ to any of these questions you may be experiencing social phobia.
