www.crufad.unsw.edu.au The Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety & Depression site is a collaboration between the University of New South Wales, St Vincent’s Hospital (Sydney) and the WHO collaborating centre at the hospital. This site provides extensive information on anxiety disorders and depression and treatment success rates. Self help strategies such as learning to slow your breathing rate and problem solving skills are available. A self test can be taken to determine your level of anxiety or depression.
