Reconnexion has trained many professionals over the years in Anxiety Disorders, Depression and tranquilliser dependency.
Education and training is provided by Reconnexion for health and welfare practitioners and for the community. For heath and welfare practitioners we come to your workplace for specifically tailored in-house education activities. In house activities can vary from a lunch time session to a full day workshop, depending on your needs.
Education and training sessions assist health and welfare practitioners to increase your knowledge and counselling skills in a broad range of areas relating to anxiety and depression. Topics include anxiety management using CBT; depression treatment; sleep strategies; relaxation and meditation training; advanced counselling skills for anxiety and depression.
Mindfulness based stress reduction in the workplace is available to assist people cope with the pressures in their working life.
