The aim of Reconnexion is to provide effective information & counselling to support you to overcome the effects of anxiety, depression or dependency which may be preventing you from full participation and enjoyment of life.

Reconnexion provides counselling for:
anxiety, benzodiazepine dependency, depression, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, peri natal depression, post traumatic stress disorder, separation anxiety or school refusal in children, sleep problems, stress, social phobia, specific phobias or fears.
